A song recorded in 1995 from our original cassette "Gargling With Brains". We re-recorded it later for "Alcohol & Rain". The Visuals are from a gig in The Archway Tavern in North London later that year. We (Much) later released a CD and digital version of the 'album' with bonus tracks. There's a well known folk tune called "Fllat Huw Puw". The tune is traditional but the words were by J Glyn Davies. It's about a fictional character and his boat. I decided to use the traditional tune but to modernise the story and make it about a broken down van. The tne at the end is called "Ty Coch Caerdydd" (Cardiff's Red House) which may or may not be in honour of a Grangetown pub of yesteryear.
